Delivery Rates & Returns Policy
Delivery Rates
Delivery will be charged at a rate of £9.99 (£8.50 + VAT) on each order.
Please note: Even if you qualify for zero rated VAT on an order you will still be charged VAT at the standard rate for the delivery. This charge is levied by HM Revenue & Customs and is strictly out of our control.
How long will my order take?
We hold large quantities of standard items and will endeavour to delivery your order within 3 working days where possible. For bespoke products, depending on the product (s) ordered we will aim to manufacture and deliver your product (s) within 28 working days.
Returns Policy
By law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within seven working days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason. This applies to all goods EXCEPT those which have been specifically made or personalised to YOUR own specification. The only cost to you of withdrawing, is the cost of returning the goods. Should you wish to withdraw, then simply return the goods to Silvalea Ltd with a note stating your name, address, and the fact you are cancelling your order. For your own security, Silvalea Ltd recommends you use a Recorded Delivery service. Goods returned must be in a new condition and in their original packaging and, due to the nature of the goods (medical equipment), must show no signs of use. Should you exercise this right, Silvalea Ltd will refund the payment you have made within 30 days.
In addition to your legal right set out above, Silvalea Ltd does offer a ‘cooling off’ period with regards to bespoke items, i.e., items made specifically or personalised to your own specification. This allows you to cancel your order within seven days from the date you place the order.
Cancellation of your order must be in writing to the address at the top of this form. Silvalea Ltd is unable to accept telephone requests to withdraw in these circumstances.
When returning goods please send them to : Silvalea Ltd Returns Department at the address at the top of this form along with your order reference number and contact details.
For your protection Silvalea Ltd recommends that you use a Recorded Delivery service.
