Over  long period of time Silvalea Ltd have invested many thousands of pounds to test and develop a product that worked to reduce "hospital acquired infections".

Silvalea ltd embarked on extensive research and investigated the most acceptable way to clean a sling and reduce cross infection in hospitals and other establishments. It was ascertained that a sling that could be wipeable, using the appropriate solution, would help to greatly reduce bateria and cross infection.

This has resulted in the development of new ranges of slings to meet the mounting demand and address the cross infection issue.
