The Posterior Sling gives added support when using the Silvalea Dress Toileting sling range and will give added support when used with these slings in transfering a client that has less uper body strengh.

When toileting, you can move the posterior sling either forward behind the knee or backwards to gain access. Once toileting has been carried out the posterior sling can be repositioned, and transfer can be continued.
